John Allen

Some children get their first taste of business with a paper route or lemonade stand. John Allen’s dad, C.J., put him to work washing cars at the family’s Oldsmobile-Cadillac dealership in Bryan. Later, John delivered parts for the service department during the summers while he was in high school. After attending Northwood University, where he majored in Automobile Management, he returned to Bryan/College Station to join his dad at their Honda dealership and assumed the presidency of the dealership in 2004.

John is active in the B-CS community. He is a 2008 graduate of Leadership Brazos and presently serves on the board of the following: BCS GAP (Graduates and Professionals) organization, The Boys and Girls Club, and the College Station Rotary Foundation. He is a former board member of the Texas Automobile Dealers.

John enjoys water sports, working out, and is a history buff. He is an avid fan and generous supporter of Aggie sports.

Pat Allen

Pat is a native of Bryan. After attending Vanderbilt University, she received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Christian University and a Masters of Education from Texas A&M University. A dedicated community volunteer, she has served on the board of numerous local and national organizations. Presently, she is serving on the Board of Directors for the Center for Teaching Excellence at Texas A&M University.

Pat knows the importance of private support for public education. In 2001, the Dean Cocanougher Endowed Scholarship was given to the Mays School of Business by Pat’70 and C.J.’45. In 2005, the Sul Ross Scholarship was given to the Corps of Cadets in memory of C.J.’45 who had been a Corps member and was the recipient of the Bronze Medal, U.S. Army, during WWII.

In addition to her immediate family, she has seven Texas A&M “adopted students” through her church’s student adoption ministry. Pat is an avid Aggie sports fan. She supports many organizations in the community including the Twin City Mission, OPAS, and the Brazos Valley Symphony.

As Secretary–Treasurer of Allen Honda, Pat oversees all media relations for the dealership.

Jeff Mac Donald

Jeff began his automotive career in 1973 at Jim Austin Oldsmobile-Cadillac-Toyota in Orange, Texas - the small town where he grew up. In 1979, while he was attending an Oldsmobile New Car Show in Reno, Nevada, he met Mr. C.J. Allen, his future boss and greatest mentor. Starting at Allen-Oldsmobile-Cadillac-Honda in May of 1980 was a dream come true for Jeff and his family. Now, 29 years later, he has had the pleasure of working with the 2nd generation of the Allen family, John Allen, President of Allen Honda. Jeff vividly remembers John as a young man coming into the dealership to visit, and now he is grown up and has taken over the reigns. John also has the support and advice of his mother, Pat Allen, who also works daily at the store.

Cody Faubion

Cody grew up in the small town of Ballinger, Texas. He came to College Station in 2004 and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and played french horn in the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band. Cody began his career with Allen Honda in July 2009 selling Hondas. He is now the Customer Service Director and EXCELL Facilitator for the dealership. Cody also takes care of some of the dealerships computers and assists with other business activities.
