Pat
Allen
Pat is a native of Bryan. After attending Vanderbilt University, she received her
Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Christian University and a Masters of Education
from Texas A&M University. A dedicated community volunteer, she has served on the board
of numerous local and national organizations. Presently she is serving on
the Board of Directors for the Center for Teaching Excellence at Texas
A&M University.

Pat knows the importance of private support for public education. In 2001 the Dean
Cocanougher Endowed Scholarship was given to the Mays School of Business by
Pat’70 and C.J.’45. In 2005 the Sul Ross Scholarship was given to the Corps of
Cadets in memory of C.J.’45 who had been a corps member and was the recipient of
the Bronze Medal, U.S. Army, during WWII.
In addition to her immediate family, she has seven Texas A&M “adopted
students” through her church’s student adoption ministry. Pat is an avid Aggie
sports fan. She supports many organizations in the community including the Twin City
Mission, OPAS, and the Brazos Valley Symphony.
As Secretary –Treasurer of Allen Honda, Pat oversees all media relations for
the dealership.
